“I have been coming to the River Dart Country Park for nearly thirty years.
Initially, I came as a kayaker and I even learned to roll here when I was a teenager. For over a decade, I have been bringing groups from various organisations as a critical element of leadership and team development programmes I have ran for them.
There are two broad reasons why I keep returning with groups. The first is the warmth, comfort and attentive service that makes any stay here so attractive and the second is the adaptivity, creativity and professionalism of the CRS Adventures team.
Set on the banks of the Dart, the environment is perfect for supporting reflective practice and a learning mindset. The food and standard of accommodation are excellent, allowing people to relax and enjoy the bubble any time here creates.
The potential for experiential activities is boundless and the CRS team are never phased by my proposals, no matter how complex. As a result, this is my go-to location for such programmes. The impact of time here is best summarised by this quote from a client following a programme I ran here”
I am not sure “many thanks” entirely cuts the experience we all had last week. It was incredible, and as we all bumped into each other this morning around the office, we all had a little smile, and knowing look in our eyes that we had all really become much closer and that life [within our company] would not be the same again.
