“We first approached RDCP in March 2008 in an attempt to secure a suitable venue for water rescue training, a core requirement of DSFRS, the challenge was to locate a venue that offered access to fast flowing clean water but must also have lecture room facilities, drying rooms, changing rooms, shower and catering facilities.”
